This semester, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Mike Corey, ESPN play-by-play broadcaster, gaining hands-on experience in the world of sports media. From assisting with game prep and researching team stats to observing live broadcasts and behind-the-scenes production, I’ve deepened my understanding of storytelling, timing, and professionalism in sports broadcasting. This experience has sharpened my skills, strengthened my passion for sports media, and given me a firsthand look at what it takes to succeed in the industry.
